I sold a home in Greenhaven right before Christmas to the boyfriend of a close college friend. Michael and Pegeen were meeting a little later in life, and knew what they were looking for: she dreamed of a Tudor like the one she grew up in, and he loves the water and was looking for a house near the beach- this house with beach rights worked for both of them. 

Once we were close to contact signing, Michael asked to visit the house with Pegeen one more time as she had seen the house, but had never seen the beach. As our schedules allowed, we met late, around 5:30 p.m. When they left me, Pegeen grudingly obliged Michael to go look at the beach, although at this point, it was cold, blustery and dark. Once there, Michael presented a beautiful ring and asked her to marry him! 

I was one of the first people they called as they felt I had been through the whole process with them! One of those stories that makes everything worthwhile.. Good luck Pegeen and Michael, and look forward to seeing you in town!
